When Andrea and Clint contacted us about shooting their Boar’s Head Inn Wedding we were so excited to shoot at one of our favorite venues again! We met this truly awesome couple back in February and found out all about their wedding details and vision. You might recognize them from their King Family Vineyard / Downtown Charlottesville engagement session we did back in April, check out that blog here.
We started the day out by meeting Andrea and the girls at the Boar’s Head where they were getting ready, putting their dresses on, and sipping champagne. The flower arangments and bouquets were provided by Floral Images Design Studio who did a fantastic job with this beautiful Fall color palette. Rings and Jewelry were selected from Andrew Minton Jewelers located in Charlottesville.
The ceremony took place on the rear lawn of the Boar’s Head. Leading the wedding party in was the elegant harp played by harpist Virginia Schweninger of Virginias Harp. Celebrant Patrick Belisle did a fantastic job with the ceremony and leading the couple through their intimate vow exchange.
The party officially kicked off with DJ Andy Wilfong of Party Masters spinning the beats as the wedding party and newly weds entered as husband and wife! The fabulous wedding cake was created by the Boar’s Head’s on site Baker. As the night progressed the dance floor was the place to be in-between trips to the Photo Booth.
We had such a great time working with Andrea and Clint along with their family and friends! Also a big shout out to our assistant Sarah for lending an extra hand. Another huge shout out to Chris & Kelly with Whiddon Productions, it’s always a pleasure to work alongside such talented videographers.
